Warm rays of sunshine filter through

The darkness fades, as light takes hold

The sun's sweet warmth, on skin so fair
Brings life to bloom, and banishes all care
The world awakens, from its sleep
As rays of sunshine, our spirits keep
In golden hues, the day's born anew
A fresh start dawns, for me and you
So let us bask, in sunbeams bright
